Tiny baby with tiny feet.... this special little one turns 2 on August 9th!
You know when you can't possibly ever repay someone for the all they've done for you? Well, on occasion, you get to give a little back.... that's exactly what I was able to do just two short years ago.... give a tiny bit back to a family that means so much to me. My OB/GYN has been through many ups and downs with me, never failing to have a positive outlook even when the outlook was grim. Never did he fail to remind me that God was in control, even though he was often left as the ultimate bearer of bad news. Even after a couple of surgeries, couple of ectopic pregnancies, and several miscarriages, he continued to remain optimistic and full of hope for my family and I...... and almost 12 years ago, he introduced our youngest daughter to this big bright world.
Then, two short years ago, I was blessed with the opportunity to be able to help take care of his first grandbaby. I didn't do much, just what I knew how to do, but I was able to share love to that little one while her family wasn't able to be there. She's doing great, by the grace of God, with many, many answered prayers on this little one's behalf. Truly, God is in control and He does know the plans He has for us.... we've just got to have the faith, and patience to wait on them to unfold....

awww...sweet baby!! God put you in the NICU b/c you know what it is like to pray for a baby from before conception and that allows you to know what a truly treasured gift every baby is!! the little flannel bug & butterfly blankets you picked for AC are used ALLLLL the time around here!!
becky, you sweetheart! Man, I know all about prayin and prayin for a baby... and I'm sure that's one of the main reasons I feel led to work and minister where I'm at... I love my job.. I get sooo frustrated sometimes with the politics, but when I get to care for families like yours, it confirms to me that I'm just where I'm supposed to be... kiss them young'ens for me!
