With our kids..... if it starts out with a headache, minor complaints of sore throat with or without sinus drainage, and progressess to stomach complaints.... it's almost always strep throat! Sometimes a fever, sometimes not, but with prevailing stomach complaints, it's almost always gonna be strep... are we weird or what? Our poor baby even had an initial rapid stress test that was negative, but coupled with bilateral ear infections, and worsening of her symptoms, another trip to the doctor confirmed what I knew to begin with.... strep is in the house!
Amazing that such a tiny organism can wreak such havoc.....
Thank the Lord for giving man the ability to diagnose and treat these litte creatures that can cause such harm. Thankfully, while I've been working, we're blessed to have a super step-mom that loves the girls like they are her own... there's nothing to compare to knowing just how much love is in our girl's lives. It surrounds them, wherever they are.... We are blessed....

stomach problems with it?? yall are cookey!! my kids haven't had it yet, but if micah gets it one more time, i told him i would take him by piggy back to the ENT!
See ya tonite, Kelley! Emma's not contagious anymore, and the Kait Monster should have started with it by now, most likely (sure hope so)!!!! Lord knows, I wouldn't wish it on anyone, the only two times I went to the ER that I wasn't admitted for some sort of emergency surgery was with Strep, it kicks me down in a heartbeat! And yep, Becky, sore throat without stomach issues is never strep here.... with stomach stuff, IT'S ALWAYS STREP! we're soooo weird!
